A press automation system comprises operating the press through PLC programming as per the customer’s requirement.
The steam, cooling water and chilled water inlet and outlet valve is controlled through PLC as per the required temperature and batch timing. This helps in recovering pure condensate which is otherwise drained due to mixing of the cooling water and chilled water in it, causing an increase in the condensate hardness .
